Morelia Postcard Writing Event
Morelians organize to write and send postcards to our representatives in Washington
and throughout the country. Postcards, stamps, and addresses are provided.
Enjoy a stimulating game of Bridge every Wednesday—all experience levels welcome!
The group meets at Restaurante La Plazuela for play, and then remains (optional) for dinner in this restaurant which serves authentic Cuban fare.

This annual event celebrates the culture of Michoacán, featuring traditional cooks, artisans, producers, a carnival area, and concerts.
The festival typically includes more than 30 concerts featuring genres such as pop, rock, salsa, and traditional music, as well as craft workshops and children's areas.
Note that the 2026 edition has moved its dates (from May) to June, coinciding with the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
While specific daily schedules are usually announced closer to the date, activities generally begin in the morning, and cultural concerts are in the afternoon/evening (based on the 2025 program). Check the CECONEXPO Facebook page for specific details, dates, and times.
